Journeying together with forward-thinking small producers – this is the concept for here. It is our antennae shop to practice our philosophy of compiling a timeless knowledge of food culture.
The first floor is a wineshop that holds a lineup of about 1,000 selections of wines, stored carefully in our temperature-controlled cellar. The adjacent bar counter is available for use for anyone who purchases wine from our cellar and would like to drink on the spot (a glass rental fee is charged). We also offer a wine-tasting experience.
The second floor is the Italian-based restaurant that we use carefully selected ingredients and wine chosen from the first floor cellar can be enjoyed also at our second-floor restaurant (bottle price + opening fee).

Our first urban winery, opened in 2013 to create a connection between vineyard and customer. The first floor is the winery, and above, a restaurant – a rare combination even speaking globally. At the restaurant, you can enjoy the wine from the downstairs winery and also the carefully selected wines from Japan and elsewhere in the world. “Food that calls for wine” is the concept for the Italian-based cuisine we cook, using local ingredients of the Kansai (Western Japan) area. Tours inside the winery are welcome.

From daily wines to that unforgettable special bottle, the Fujimaru Asakusabashi wineshop has over 1,000 different types of wine. Dishes here are prepared in spirit of a borderless cuisine to highlight the local produce. “More freedom for wine culture” is the concept for food and wine here, where we try to explore new possibilities for both. Here you can choose from the relaxed counter seats, a standing bar area where you can enjoy a glass by the scenic view of downtown Tokyo, and the plush table seats perfect for a gathering with friends. Bottles can be purchased at the wineshop and enjoyed at the spot.

Utilising the mass network of metropolitan Tokyo, we’ve opened our second urban winery in Kiyosumi Shirakawa to make wines from the fresh and excellent grapes of nearby wineries. 1st floor is the winery, and the second floor is a restaurant and wine-tasting room. Just as we try to honour the unique character of each grape, we use beautiful and carefully selected Japanese ingredients in our Italian-based dishes. As the mediator of farmlands and customers, we always have prepared a selection of our own fresh natural wines and 200+ kinds of unique wines from outside Japan. Wine making is as much about grape farming as it is about wine making, and we welcome our restaurant guests to take a tour of the downstairs winery. As a city-based winery, we aim to continue suggesting new ways of integrating wine into daily life.
